All personalized products are final sale and not returnable or exchangable. If there is anything wrong with your product, please contact us and we will try and resolve the issue.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition (tags must be on for Diwali pyjamas). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Processing times are between 5-7 days. Please give yourself enough time around the holidays to ensure your order arrives on time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

We offer flat rate shipping. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
