We ship across Canada. All orders are processed and fulfilled with care — because we know your gift matters.

Processing Time

All of our personalized and made-to-order items require 5–7 business days to process before they are shipped. Please factor this into your order timeline, especially for gifting occasions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3-5 business days after processing for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak season volumes.

🎄 Holiday Order Deadline

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 5. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for holiday delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error was made on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition (tags must be on for Diwali pyjamas). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
